LinkedIn Recruiter cost calculator for the renewal

Seats, plan, renewal month. The calculator gives the yearly bill from the per-seat prices that third-party pricing guides reported for 2026, labelled with who reported them and when, and puts Kretsia's public price for the same number of users next to it. LinkedIn in US dollars as reported, Kretsia in Swedish kronor as listed; nothing is converted. Runs in your browser, stores nothing.

The calculator

How much does LinkedIn Recruiter cost
for your seats, this year?

Three inputs. The LinkedIn side is a range because the guides report ranges; LinkedIn's own pages show no price for any of the three.

One per recruiter. The guides say seats are not shared.

Named as on the guides. Corporate and Professional Services are quoted by LinkedIn's sales team.

The month the contract renews on its own.

Renewal: January

Leonar's renewal guide says to start negotiating 60 to 90 days before the date, with a competing quote in hand. For a January renewal that is October. The 30-day parallel test in Life after LinkedIn Recruiter fits inside that window: the same three live roles in Recruiter and in Kretsia, then count the seats you need.

Where the LinkedIn Recruiter prices come from

Only Recruiter Lite is sold online, and LinkedIn's product page shows no price for it. Recruiter Professional Services and Recruiter Corporate are quoted by its sales team per account, so every Corporate figure in public is an agency's quote collected by a third party. I read the seven guides named below on 25 October 2026 and took the ranges as they print them; the full table with InMails and filters is on LinkedIn Recruiter pricing in 2026. Several of the guides are written by vendors of sourcing tools, and so is this page: Kretsia is our product.

How to read the result

  • The two columns are not the same thing. A Recruiter seat is member search, InMails and projects. Kretsia is a brief in, 30 people out with each requirement quoted, and a board to put them on. The question the calculator helps with is how many of your seats need full member search every week, and what the rest could be replaced with.
  • Two currencies, on purpose. LinkedIn figures are shown in US dollars because that is what the guides report. Kretsia's prices are in Swedish kronor because that is how it is sold, excluding VAT. Converting one into the other would turn a reported range into an invented number.
  • Your quote beats every figure here. The guides report other agencies' quotes. If you have your own renewal letter, use that number and treat the range as a check on whether it is in line.
  • The month is the useful part. Contracts renew on their own. Leonar's advice is to start 60 to 90 days before with a competing quote; the calculator names that month. Put it in the calendar yourself, with the usage pull: Leonar treats seats under about 200 profile views a week as candidates for Lite.

What a seat is for, and the 30-day test for running Kretsia next to it before you decide, is in Life after LinkedIn Recruiter.

FAQ

Questions about the LinkedIn Recruiter bill.

As reported by third-party guides read on 25 October 2026: Recruiter Lite about $1,680 a year for one seat, Recruiter Professional Services $6,000 to $10,800 a seat a year, Recruiter Corporate $10,800 to $12,960 a seat a year, with 2026 renewals reported about 15% up. LinkedIn itself shows no price for any tier.

That happens. HeroHunt describes pricing by geography, company and industry, and the outliers in the guides run to $14,400 a seat. An agency owner on r/RecruitmentAgencies in July 2026 reported a renewal going from $780 to over $1,100 a month per seat. Your letter is the real number; the range tells you whether it is unusual, and Leonar's guide says 5 to 10% off the increase is achievable with a competing quote.

Because that is the price you would pay. Kretsia is sold in Swedish kronor, excluding VAT, and the LinkedIn figures are reported in dollars. A conversion would depend on the day's rate and turn two reported figures into one invented one. Use the rate you like; the kronor figure is on the pricing page and does not move.

Because the renewal decision is per seat, and the question for each quiet seat is what else would do its job. Kretsia takes a brief or a pasted job ad and returns 30 people from public profiles worldwide with every requirement marked met, partial or missing and the line that proves it, then looks up a work email in one click. Run three live roles in both for 30 days, then count the seats you need.

No. It runs in your browser, asks for no email address and stores nothing. It names the month to start negotiating; the calendar entry is yours to make.

The guides describe Lite as search within your own network to the third degree, with about 30 InMails a month, and Corporate as search across all members with about 150 InMails pooled across the team. Leonar puts the saving from moving one seat from Corporate to Lite at $810 to $910 a month and treats seats under about 200 profile views a week as the ones to move. Whether that is enough depends on how far your network reaches into the roles you fill.
