Kretsia writes the transcript while you talk and a short summary when you are done: what the candidate has done, when they are free, what is still open. Read it, change anything that is off, and it is saved on the candidate's record next to their CV and their place in the pipeline.
Recording and consent
Before an interview is recorded, you are asked and so is the candidate. They can say no and still have the interview; you just take your own notes that time. Delete the recording later and its transcript goes with it.
