A few things
worth knowing.
Enough for us to answer properly: how many consultants or recruiters you are, what you are trying to fill right now, and which part of Kretsia you were reading about. If you already run an ATS or a consultant system, name it. That usually changes the answer. Do not send candidate CVs or anything else personal; we do not need them to reply.
We bring a real search rather than slides: an assignment or an open role of the kind you actually work on, run through matching and sourcing while you watch, with the reason behind every result on screen. Bring the questions you would rather not ask over email. You can also skip the demo entirely: choose “Start a free trial” in the form instead: 14 days, no card, and see it on your own roles. What each plan costs afterwards is on the pricing page.
No. Kretsia is software your own team works in, not a recruitment service. We do not take over a role and we do not charge a fee per hire. If that is what you are after, say so in the message and we will tell you straight away rather than book a call. What Kretsia does cover is on the recruitment and consultancies pages.
