What the Teamtailor integration does

The Kretsia and Teamtailor integration works in both directions. From Teamtailor to Kretsia, your candidates and their CVs are imported every hour, read and indexed, so a search of your own database includes them next to past applicants and the talent pool. From Kretsia to Teamtailor, any person you find, in your own database or in a worldwide search, goes into Teamtailor with one click, onto an open job if you pick one, with a comment on why they match the role.

Teamtailor stays the system of record. Nothing that is already there is edited or deleted, and your team keeps working in the pipeline it knows.

What lands in Teamtailor

• The candidate, tagged. Their profile and, when Kretsia has one, their CV. Everyone Kretsia sends carries the tag Kretsia so your team can filter them, plus the person's skills where your team already uses them as tags. Kretsia does not invent new tag words.
• A comment on why they match. A one-line headline with the match and which requirements are met, then the findings: why they fit, what to check before you call, and a link back to the search in Kretsia.
• People without an email are fine. Most people found worldwide have no email on their profile, so they arrive as sourced candidates, the kind Teamtailor accepts without one.
• A new search, a new reading. For someone who is already in Teamtailor, Send match to Teamtailor adds the reading for the new role to their profile, once per search.

Set it up in about a minute

1. Open API keys in Teamtailor. Go to Settings, then Integrations, then API keys, and click New API Key at the top right. Only Teamtailor admins can make API keys; if you are not one, ask someone who is.
2. Name it and choose Admin. Call the key Kretsia and set API Scope to Admin. Kretsia needs to see all your candidates, not just one person's.
3. Tick Read and Write, then Create. Read lets Kretsia copy your candidates and their CVs. Write lets you send people from Kretsia to Teamtailor.
4. Paste the key into Kretsia. Copy the new key, open Settings, then Integrations, then Teamtailor in Kretsia, paste it and click Connect. Kretsia works out which Teamtailor region your account is in (Europe, North America or Australia), and the first import starts right away. You can leave the page; the bell tells you when it is done.

Only an admin of your Kretsia organisation can connect Teamtailor. Everyone else on the team sees the status and uses the results.

What Kretsia never does in Teamtailor

• It never edits or deletes what is there. Kretsia adds candidates and comments, and puts people on the jobs you pick. It does not change or remove anything your team already has in Teamtailor.
• It never overwrites a person. If someone is already in Kretsia with the same email, they are linked to the Teamtailor candidate, not replaced. Teamtailor stays the source of truth.
• It never shows your key again. The key is stored encrypted, and Kretsia shows only its last four characters.
• It never brings back someone you erased. A person deleted in Kretsia is not imported from Teamtailor again, so an erasure request stays honoured.

You can disconnect at any time. Kretsia then deletes the saved key and stops importing; the people already imported stay in your talent pool.
