Pricing guide
LinkedIn Recruiter pricing in 2026
LinkedIn publishes a price only for Recruiter Lite. The Corporate and Professional Services seats are quoted by its sales team, so the figures on this page come from pricing guides and recruiter forums, each named with its date. Short version: Lite is $170 a month, and a Corporate seat is reported at $10,800 to $12,960 a year, about 15% more than last year.
How much does LinkedIn Recruiter cost in 2026?
Recruiter Lite costs $170 a month for one seat, about $1,680 a year billed annually, and about $270 a month per seat for two to five seats. Recruiter Professional Services, the version sold to staffing and recruitment agencies, is reported at $6,000 to $10,000 per seat per year. Recruiter Corporate is reported at $10,800 to $12,960 per seat per year in 2026, with outlying quotes from $8,999 to $14,400, and 2026 renewals came in about 15% higher than in 2025. Extra InMails cost about $10 each. These are third-party reports checked on 25 October 2026; LinkedIn itself publishes only the Lite price.
What LinkedIn publishes, and what it does not
Lite can be bought online, so its price is public. Professional Services and Corporate are sold through LinkedIn's sales team on annual contracts, and the price depends on seat count, contract length, region, industry and company size. That is why the guides below disagree with each other by a few thousand dollars, and why a quote from LinkedIn is the only figure that applies to your agency. The table gives the ranges the guides report, with the source for each.

What each seat includes
Recruiter Lite
- One recruiter, bought online. Monthly or annual billing; the guides describe a free month that needs a card on file and converts to paid unless cancelled (HeroHunt).
- Search within your own network. Members up to the third degree of your connections, with 20 or more filters and about 10 saved search alerts (FullEnrich).
- About 30 InMails a month. Extra InMails about $10 each.
Recruiter Professional Services
- The agency version. Sold to staffing and recruitment firms through LinkedIn's sales team, on an annual contract.
- Search across all members. 40 or more filters, project and pipeline tools, about 50 search alerts (FullEnrich).
- About 100 InMails a month per seat (Pin, HeroHunt).
Recruiter Corporate
- The in-house version. Annual contract through sales; three seats is the usual opening quote, about $32,000 a year (HeroHunt, Pin).
- Search across all members with 40 or more filters, team projects, and ATS connections through Recruiter System Connect.
- About 150 InMails a month, pooled across the team (Pin, FullEnrich, HootRecruit).
- Hiring Assistant is an add-on. LinkedIn's AI assistant for recruiters is sold on top of the seat; Pin and HeroHunt both list its price as not disclosed.
Recruiter vs Recruiter Lite
The two differ in reach, volume and how you buy. Lite is one seat bought online for about $1,680 a year, searches your own network to the third degree, and gives about 30 InMails a month. Recruiter Corporate is bought on an annual contract through sales for $10,800 to $12,960 a seat, searches every member, gives about 150 InMails a month pooled across the team, adds team projects and connects to your ATS. Leonar's renewal guide (21 September 2026) puts the saving from moving one seat from Corporate to Lite at $810 to $910 a month, and notes that project history does not carry over. Recruiter Professional Services sits between the two in price and InMails, with full member search.
For an agency the practical question is how many recruiters need full member search every week. The guides agree that the seats which see a few searches a month are the ones to downgrade or drop at renewal.
What drives the price up
- Seat count. Every recruiter needs a seat; the guides say seats are not shared. Volume discounts exist: Pin reports 5 to 10% off for three to five seats and 10 to 25% off for ten or more.
- The contract. Corporate and Professional Services renew annually. Leonar reports that one-year, low-usage accounts took the full 15% rise in 2026 while multi-year accounts with three or more seats took 7 to 10%; Recruiter by daily.dev describes terms that do not allow early cancellation or fewer seats mid-contract.
- Where and what you are. HeroHunt describes account-based pricing by geography, company and industry. FullEnrich lists the same drivers plus contract length.
- InMail overage. About $10 per extra InMail, and $10 to $15 according to Recruiter by daily.dev.
- Add-ons. Talent Insights at $6,000 to $20,000 a year and Job Slots at $200 to $1,000 per slot per month (Pin; Davidson Gray gives £200 to £1,000 for Job Slots); promoted job posts; Hiring Assistant at an undisclosed price. Pin estimates the total bill lands 20 to 40% above the subscription itself.
How agencies cut the cost
- Negotiate 60 to 90 days before renewal. Leonar says 5 to 10% off the increase is achievable with a competing quote and a multi-year commitment, and that almost no agency reports more than 15% off. Pin suggests asking for a cap of 0 to 5% on annual increases.
- Count real usage and downgrade the quiet seats. Pull 90 days of per-seat activity. Leonar treats seats under about 200 profile views a week as candidates for Lite, at a saving of $810 to $910 a month each.
- Search your own database before you buy a search. Past applicants and the talent pool cost no seat. Kretsia runs the brief for a new role on them first, with every requirement marked met, partly met or missing, before it looks for new people. See searching your own database.
- Put a sourcing tool next to the seat, then decide. Kretsia searches professional profiles worldwide from a plain-language brief or a pasted job ad, marks every requirement met, partly met or missing with the line from the profile that shows it, and finds work emails in one click. It is priced per user, with the price given on a call, and the 14-day free trial needs no credit card. Agencies run it on three live roles beside their Recruiter seats and count seats at renewal; Life after LinkedIn Recruiter sets out that 30-day test.
- Put the notice date in the calendar. The contracts renew on their own. Leonar also advises exporting project and pipeline data before a seat is downgraded or dropped.

FAQ
Questions about LinkedIn Recruiter pricing.
Recruiter Lite is $170 a month for one seat, the only price LinkedIn publishes. Recruiter Professional Services is reported at about $500 to $833 a month per seat, and Recruiter Corporate at about $900 to $1,080 a month per seat, both billed annually and quoted by LinkedIn's sales team. These Corporate and Professional Services figures are third-party reports from HeroHunt, Pin and Leonar, checked on 25 October 2026.
Recruiter Lite costs $170 a month for a single seat, or about $1,680 a year on an annual plan, according to HeroHunt (checked September 2026), Pin (April 2026) and Leonar (September 2026). For two to five seats, guides report about $270 a month per seat. In the UK, Davidson Gray (November 2025) lists £170 a month or £1,440 a year. Lite includes about 30 InMails a month and 20 or more search filters.
Lite is one seat bought online, with about 30 InMails a month, 20 or more filters and search limited to your own network. Recruiter Corporate is sold by LinkedIn's sales team on an annual contract, searches all members, has 40 or more filters, about 150 InMails a month pooled across the team, and connects to your ATS. Guides put Corporate at $10,800 to $12,960 per seat a year against Lite's $1,680.
Third-party guides (Pin, HeroHunt, FullEnrich, HootRecruit) report about 30 InMails a month on Recruiter Lite, 100 on Recruiter Professional Services and 150 on Recruiter Corporate, where the allowance is pooled across the team. Extra InMails are reported at about $10 each. LinkedIn's own help pages, which we did not use for this page, are the place to confirm the allowance in your contract.
No published rule exists. HeroHunt (September 2026) says sales representatives commonly push a three-seat minimum on Recruiter Corporate, which it puts at roughly $32,000 a year as the practical entry point, and Pin (April 2026) gives about $32,400 for a three-person team. Leonar reports volume pricing, with two-year commitments of three or more seats getting the smallest 2026 increases.
Hiring Assistant is sold as a paid add-on to Recruiter, and its price is not published. Pin (April 2026) and HeroHunt (September 2026) both list it as an undisclosed add-on rather than part of the seat. If it matters to your decision, ask for it as a line item in the quote so you can compare the total with other tools on the same basis.
Work it out per seat: a Corporate seat at $10,800 to $12,960 a year has to be covered by the placements that would not have happened without it. Agencies on recruiter forums describe doing exactly that sum at renewal and keeping fewer seats, or none, alongside a sourcing tool. Our page Life after LinkedIn Recruiter sets out how to run both for 30 days before the renewal date and decide on live roles.
