Both plans include one user, unlimited active jobs, unlimited ATS candidate search and unlimited interview bookings. Need more? Extra users cost the same as the plan, and a sourcing top-up adds about 500 more candidates and never expires.

Before you buy
Yes. Fourteen days, and we don't ask for a card to start. Run a real search on a real role and see the candidates before you decide.
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in your account and you keep using Kretsia to the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is refunded for that period, and you can start again later.
One seat is one person with their own login. You pay for the people who work in Kretsia, not for the candidates (or consultants) you keep in it. Both plans include one user, and each extra user costs the same as the plan. Adding one is charged straight away for the rest of the period, and removing one takes effect at your next renewal.
No. Prices are quoted excluding VAT. Swedish VAT is added for customers in Sweden, and we reverse-charge on a valid EU VAT number. Outside the EU, ask us and we will explain what applies. Anything about the Consultancy plan is set with you. Get in touch and we’ll go through it.
Yes. Ask us and we send you your candidates and notes, and your consultants and assignments if you use consultant matching, on every plan. When you leave you can ask us to delete what we hold. More on how we handle candidate data on the security page.
Monthly is charged every month and you can stop at any time. Yearly is charged once for the whole year and saves about 20%. Moving up to yearly takes effect straight away and is prorated; moving back down takes effect at your next renewal.
