A keyword search returns everyone who wrote "forklift". It cannot tell you who held the licence and who unloaded the truck once. Kretsia reads each profile against each requirement and quotes the line the mark rests on. No quote, no tick. The three you send the client carry the reason on the card.

Kretsia is the front half of staffing agency software: finding the people for a client order, keeping them on a board and booking the interview. Keep your payroll and timesheet system; Kretsia sits beside it and hands you the shortlist.

The brief is yours to write, in plain words: "forklift licence", "night shifts", "within 30 km of Borås". Kretsia reads public profiles worldwide against those lines and quotes what it finds. The free plan gives you about three searches a month to run your own roles and judge the marks yourself.

No. Every search is kept. Open last month's, change the start date or the count, and run it again. People you hid in an earlier run of that search stay hidden, so the list is fresh names, not the same 30 again.

Good. Kretsia works with Teamtailor: candidates and CVs come in every hour, the brief runs over them in the own-database mode with the same marks per requirement, and the people you pick go back into a Teamtailor job with a comment on why they fit.

Growth is 1,950 kr a month for three users on one shared pool of 6,000 credits, or 1,560 kr a month billed yearly, excluding VAT. One recruiter starts on Starter at 950 kr. The free plan, 90 credits a month and no card, is for trying it on a real order first. All of it is on the pricing page.
