Candidate sourcing

Describe the role.
Find people who fit.

Write the role the way you would say it out loud, or paste a job ad. Kretsia searches public professional profiles worldwide, ranks the people who fit and marks every requirement met, partial or missing, with evidence from the profile. Then find their work email in one click.

Two kinds of input

People you find, and
people who apply.

These are two different lists, and Kretsia keeps them that way. What they share is the role you wrote: both are read against the same requirements, so you can compare them fairly.

  • Profiles you source

    People who have not applied

Kretsia searches public professional profiles worldwide for people who match the role. Most of them have not seen your job ad, so you are the one who gets in touch first. One click finds their work email.

    How sourcing works
  • Applications you receive

    People who applied to you

CVs and applications that come in for the role. Each one is compared with the same requirements, with the line from the CV that backs it up, so nothing rests on a score alone.

Sourcing

Write the brief. Get a ranked list back.

Skills, languages, city or country, when you need someone. Write it in normal words, or paste the job ad, and Kretsia searches public professional profiles worldwide for people who match, closest fit first.

  • Ranked, with the reason each profile is on the list
  • Roles in any country, written in plain words
  • Most of these people are not applying anywhere
  • Change a line in the brief and search again

Candidate matching

See what fits, and what does not.

Open a profile next to the role's requirements. An AI judge marks every requirement as met, partial or missing, with evidence from the profile, so you know both sides before you write to anyone.

  • Each requirement met, partial or missing, with its evidence
  • Gaps written out instead of hidden behind a score
  • The same requirements are used for everyone in the list

CV screening

Compare every application with the role.

The applications you receive get the same reading. Each CV is compared with the requirements and Kretsia shows the line it took the answer from, plus what it could not find.

  • One view of every application, sorted by fit
  • Evidence from the CV, not only a number
  • Nothing moves on or gets rejected without you

FAQ

Questions recruiters ask
about sourcing.

From public professional profiles around the world: what people have chosen to publish about their work. You can source for roles in any country. Every profile in the list shows where it was found, so you can open it yourself before you reach out.

No. Sourcing finds people who have not applied to you. Screening reads the applications you have already received. They are separate lists with separate inputs, and both are read against the same role.

Yes. Edit the brief and run it again. The ranking, the reasons and the gaps are all rebuilt from the requirements you wrote, so a small change to the role shows up straight away.

Yes. On any person you have sourced, one click finds their work email. If none is found, Kretsia suggests reaching out on LinkedIn instead. Emails already found are reused across your organisation.

No. Kretsia ranks, explains and points out what is missing. You decide who moves on, who waits and who hears back. Nothing leaves the list on its own.

Kretsia AB is a Swedish company in the EU, and candidate data is handled under GDPR. Every customer gets a data processing agreement (DPA). What is stored, who can see it and how long it is kept is set out on the security page, and we answer buyer questions on request.

The people you keep carry on in the ATS, with the pipeline and the talent pool. Booking a time and writing the interview up happens on the interviews page.
