No. Kretsia is software your own recruiters work in. We do not take over a role, decide who you speak to or charge a fee per hire.
Yes. It is the same sourcing, screening and pipeline either way, so a role you fill for a client sits in the list next to a role you fill for yourself.
Not to begin with. Plenty of teams start with sourcing on one open role and keep everything else where it is. The pipeline is there when you want to run a role from application to offer in Kretsia. If you need to bring old candidates across, ask us what that looks like for your system.
No. Kretsia ranks people, writes why they fit and shows what is missing. A recruiter reads that and decides. Nobody is moved on or turned down without a person doing it.
Kretsia AB is a Swedish company in the EU. Data is handled under GDPR, every customer gets a data processing agreement (DPA), and a candidate can ask what you hold on them and have it removed. What is collected, how long it is kept and who processes it is written out on the security page.
