Payment policy

1. Payment Provider

KRETSIA uses Stripe as its exclusive third-party payment service provider. All payment processing, billing, invoicing, and transaction handling are managed securely by Stripe. KRETSIA does not store, process, or save any payment information (such as credit/debit card details) on its own servers or databases.

2. Data Security

All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with industry-standard security practices. KRETSIA never has access to users’ full payment details. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and responsible for payment security.

3. Free Trial

KRETSIA offers a 30-day free trial. During the free trial, users can access all KRETSIA services. The free trial includes up to 2 users at no cost. Users can evaluate the platform and make a final decision before subscribing. No payment is charged during the free trial period.

4. Subscription Requirements

The minimum number of users per paid subscription is 2 users. Subscriptions cannot be activated with fewer than 2 users. Pricing is based on the selected subscription plan and number of users.

5. Subscription Upgrades

Users may upgrade their subscription at any time. When upgrading: Charges are prorated based on the remaining billing period. The updated amount will be calculated automatically by Stripe. Any additional charges will appear on the next invoice or be billed immediately, depending on the plan.

6. Subscription Downgrades

Users may downgrade their subscription at any time. In case of a downgrade: Any unused amount will be converted into account credit. This credit will be automatically applied to the next invoice. No cash refunds are issued for downgrades.

7. Refund Policy

KRETSIA does not provide cash refunds under any circumstances. All payments made are non-refundable. In applicable cases (such as downgrades), users may receive account credits only, not monetary refunds.

8. Billing & Invoices

All billing and invoices are generated and managed by Stripe. Invoices reflect: Subscription plan Number of users Credits applied (if any) Users are responsible for ensuring their payment information in Stripe is accurate and up to date.

9. Changes to This Policy

KRETSIA reserves the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the KRETSIA platform or website.
